How it Works
THS Solutions Ltd, known as The Heritage Specialists Solutions, offers comprehensive estate planning services. We draft Wills, prepare Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) documents, and refer clients to specialists for asset protection services, including trusts, probate, and bloodline protection.
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that allows you to appoint one or more people to help you make decisions or make decisions on your behalf if you become unable to do so. There are two types of LPAs: Health and Welfare, and Property and Financial Affairs.
A single will is an individual document that outlines how you wish your assets to be distributed after your death. A mirrored will is typically used by couples and contains nearly identical instructions, often leaving assets to each other and then to the same beneficiaries.
We offer single wills for £59 and mirrored wills for £89.
We charge £49 for each LPA document. In addition, there is a fee of £82 payable to the Office of the Public Guardian for each LPA.
While it’s not mandatory to have both, many people choose to create both LPAs to ensure that their wishes are respected in all aspects of their life if they lose capacity. One LPA covers decisions about your health and personal welfare, and the other covers your property and finances.
